Raymar's roots go deep. When Murray was a young teenager, his grandfather, John Wanders owned a landscape/nursery company. This sparked Murray's interest in landscaping. When he was 15 years old he started his lawn maintenance in the neighbourhood. He bungee strapped his hand tools to the handle bars of his bicycle, pulling his lawn mower along side. After the first summer, he was able to buy a truck. The second season Murray and brother Mark joined forces continuing with general lawn care.  When Murray finished high school he went on to complete a degree in electronic engineering. This however, was not meant to be. Instead the two brothers started Raymar and worked together for the next 10 years. In 1997 Murray and Mark split into Raymar North, serving Dufferin and surrounding area, and Raymar South, serving the Greater Hamilton Area. Raymar continued to grow over the next years to where we are today.  Raymar North Landscaping is a professional member of Landscape Ontario, and proud to have deep roots, now having the third generation join in running the business.
